Lesbian school gang busted
www.jamaica-star.comA gang of lesbian school girls is said to have been recently caught molesting a 12-year-old student on the grounds of a Corporate Area high school.
Police say the incident, which occurred on November 17, at about 2:45 p.m., has left one student heavily traumatised and another expelled.
The officers that responded to the incident say that five students from the 10th and 11th-grade level, were caught sexually molesting a ninth-grade student in a bathroom on the compound.
"We were told that one girl held the victim's hands, two held her feet, one was sucking on her breasts, and another one was fingering her. When we spoke to them, two of them boldly told us that they were husband and wife," said the officer, who preferred to speak on condition of anonymity.
When the girls were further questioned, it was revealed that an 11th-grade student that was said to be the lesbian gang's leader, was closely associated with a ring of wealthy lesbian women that traverse the Half-Way Tree area.
"When we questioned the girls, we got to understand that they hang out in Half-Way Tree, and are closely associated with some wealthy lesbians that frequent that area. They were not shy, and almost proud of their activities," said the officer.
The STAR spoke to some students at the school who affirmed that the 'lesbian crew' were notorious for regularly assaulting younger students.
"A nuff people likkle pikney di gal dem hol' down already, dem all walk wit dem dildo ... Di girl who ketch dem seh dem stuff di likkle girl panty in her mouth fi she nuh scream out. Dem wicked," was the shocking testament of a student at the school.
Saved by the cops
"A long time dem a keep up dem nasty ting deh, but dem eva ina group an dem bold wid it. A beat wi guh fi beat dem dis time but di police save dem," said another student who was angered by the incident.
Officers who went to the school confirmed that they had to remove the accused lesbian girls as the other students were threatening to attack them.
"The students were shouting for us to hand them over because they wanted to beat the girls We had to take the girls off the campus. I think that is why we (police) were even called, because the school is trying to hush it down," said the officer.
The STAR contacted the school's principal, who charged that the matter was being dealt with internally, and that the incident was not to be publicised.
"It was a disciplinary problem that is being handled by the school and is not information to be made public. These are children's lives and we don't want anyone to commit suicide," charged the school's principal.
The principal insisted that she was unable to specify the details of the assault, as a staff meeting was in progress up to press time.
Police say that based on the incident, charges could be levied at the request of the parent/guardian of the young victim. Efforts by THE STAR to track down the parents of the child proved futile.
The school's principal would not comment on the matter further, only saying that, "my interest lies in the welfare of all students, and they will be protected."
