Where would u want our players?

with the upcoming transfer window and the little or now speculation concerning our players im just wondering if any one is concerned at the level and consistency of play going on

bearing that in mind i was wondering weather or not we would like to see a team change for any players and if so why and which team

also a move to the prem may be good but would u rather a starter in the champ for a prem bencher??

or are u more conerned with the monetary gain of the player rather than playing time

I prefer that a player be playing and contributing regularly. I figure it will do more for his development, confidence and fitness.
