Joe Public crowned Kashif & Shanghai champs.
Trinidad Express.

Pro League champions bmobile Joe Public were crowned Kashif &
Shanghai champions on News Year's Day after edging defending champs
Topp20 1-0 in the final of the tournament in Linden, Guyana.
The TT 2006 Pro League champions took away the first place trophy and
$800,000.00 Guyanese Dollars in their first year of participation in
the tournament, organised by Guyanese promoters Kashif Mohammed and
Aubrey 'Shanghai' Major.
The lone item was scored by striker Gary Glasgow in the first half,
but it was the brilliance of Joe Public goalkeeper Aleajandro
Figeuroa that kept Topp 20 at bay, denying them any goals.

 Rodney i see yuh team side may move up to this championship divison next season. they in 3rd spot...

800,000 Guyanese = Them paying Joe Public about $50,000 US dollars jus to accept the damn check!!

as fuh Forest, they currently sliding down the table, real licks from Oldham the other day. Hopefully a Kick up the backside. I pray we return to the Championship this season.

Say what. AT least it cover the cost of tickets to get over there.
