to clear de air ..I plagiarize most ah de lyrics .

and de chune is not even a kaiso ..

but i though it mite be appropriate

Red Woman Wine - sung to de tune of Red Red Wine (UB40 version - not Neil Diamond)

Red woman wine
Go pelt yuh waist
Make me forget that i
Still need her so

Red woman wine
It’s up to you
To throw yuh wine
On meh behind
for meh forget

I’d have thought
That yuh wine
would erase she
from me mind
I was right
And I find
yuh body does make me forget

Red woman wine
press close to me
Use allyuh charms
An yuh smile
An wine to de ground

---red woman wine rap section---

Red red woman you make me feel so fine
You keep me rocking all of the time

Red red woman you make me feel so grand
I feel a million dollars when your just in my hand

Red red woman you make me feel so sad
Any time I see you go it makes me feel bad

Red red woman you really know how fi love
Your kind of loving like a blessing from above?

Red red woman i`m gonna hold to you
Hold on to you cause I know you love true

Red red woman I’m gonna love you till I die
Love you till I die and that’s no lie

Red red woman I love you right from the start
Right from the start with all of my heart

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

NAH!!!! ALLYUH SWEET FUH DAYS!

P - yuh come good.  creative, heavy useage of the words red and woman, you took direction well and created a proper 'ode'.  not to inject politics into the situation but right now the judging panel is undecided on the use of samples in songs and whether then is a true original creation.    :rotfl:  it is heavily dependent on whether the mix has enough of a soca beat.

WCT - yuh workin had boy!  A++ for effort.  yuh remixing and re-working and not allowing the competition to get the better of yuh.  original lyrics, excellent suck up with the use of the name Socachatter, the panel and forum however will not be corrupted by bribes of massages and hot baths.  we are willing to accept them but it will not influence the outcome of the competition.

Dutty - yours was the first submission and truly set the bar for the rest.  it has the proper and expected dose of duttiness, which is truly appreciated.  true true sparrow derivative.   :applause: :notworthy:

Coco - well done!  yuh properly speak fuh we cause on de forum.   :applause:  but you is part of de judging panel so yuh could only get honourable mention.

so far - a truly impressive display of creativity.    :wavetowel:

Judges note to self:
watch out fuh WTC - he cantankerous and clearly did not get enough licks as a yout.
