Where can i find info on players' salaries?

I need info on the top 10 football players in terms of earnings for 2006 (salaries, endorsements, etc.), i found a sports illustrated article where they list the top 20 non us money makers but there are only 6 football players on that list.  I would appreciate if anyone can assist me in locating this info.

this is one list from april 06.  salary info is included but it's the 20 highest earners overall, so it's not necessarily those with the highest salaries.  Realistically the guys with the 10 highest salaries are probably among the 20 highest earners tho
