MLS is in mid-season and these Euro teams are in pre-season training, it's like Arsenal playing Wycombe or who ever, these games mean very little, for the MLS teams it is to gain respect for the touring Euro teams it is simply to get match fitness and minutes under their belts. The results would be different if the Euro teams were in mid-season and if the games really meant something. I think our best PFL teams will hold their own but I can't see them beating MLS teams.

And i take it u didn see any Chelsea games last year? Tha's exactly how they played all season whenever Robben was missing, which was more than hald the games...but they still win with a record number of points.

Big clubs routinely lose to modest opposition in preseason. The result means absolutely nothing at that point. Just look at the Milan -Fire game, Fire should have at least drawn that game. Milan didn't even get out first gear and still won 3-1.

While Chelsea had a great season last year this year I can't see them doing the same....definitely not better.

If I remember correctly Chelsea won something like 16-19 games by a score of 1-0. At least 1/2 of those games could have turned into draws.

I expect a much closer season.

They need their strikers to step up. The top scorer in the league for them was Lampard........a midfielder.

Thank you Uprising... Chelsea come out scrimmaging.... DC come out with ah frenzy like everybody now listen to some heavy rock and roll...

Good showing by DC but they ent ready...

In terms or preseason play... I thought Jarosik was poor... Drogba look like he couldnt care less... how bout that poor excuse for marking on DC goal. Wright-Phillips show flashes of danger... Robben as well... Joe Cole was so-so... Lampard and Gudjohnsen was knocking real sweet when they come on...

This team will be balling by the time season start.
