If such a ting existed

Carlos Edwards?  ;D

They should include the diaspora but Thierry Henry and Williams Gallas would take it every year until they retired J/K  ;D

Actually it does.... or used to....

Nakhid won it in 93, Dwarika won it in 95 and Nixon won it in 97
