Ghanians being ignored

Trinidadian contractors will be Trinidadian contractors.
In fact I know this company, an infamous talk show host who recently lost a defamation  suit is closely related to this contractor.

My gripe is with UDECOTT. They are the client and represent the state so as far I'm concerned they have propreitary interest in what happens to people employed on thier projects.
Will they use the same excuse if people die on one their jobsites because of unsafe practices by the contractors ?

They saying 20/20 vision but they don't have a clue about how achieve it.
Ah want de woman on de bass
