Now allyuh go make small Mag vex.
Man U is officially jinxed, just like Chelsea, Arsenal and poor Bognor Regis Town FC.
Barca isn't jinxed though. Maybe it's just the word "Forever", sorry I mean "FOREVER!!!" that tips it.
Bitter is a supercalifragilistic tic-tac-pro

Fixture pile up adds to Fergie woes

http://msn.foxsports.com/soccer/story/9135374/Fixture-pile-up-adds-to-Fergie-woes

Manchester United's clash with Everton has been moved forward 48 hours to Saturday January 31 due to the Toffees' FA Cup replay with Liverpool.

Steven Gerrard's FA Cup derby leveller for Liverpool may have unwittingly handed Manchester United a problem.

United are without 12 senior players for Tuesday's Premier League trip to West Brom, leaving Sir Alex Ferguson to pick through his squad for a team of fit players.

Ferguson was hoping the situation might have eased in time United's next league game against Everton - with both Rio Ferdinand and Wes Brown tipped to be available after long-standing back and ankle problems respectively and Park Ji-sung on the brink of a comeback from a minor hamstring complaint.

But the Old Trafford encounter with David Moyes' men will now be played 48 hours ahead of schedule - moving forward to Saturday January 31 from Monday February 2 to clear the way for Everton's FA Cup replay with Liverpool on February 4.

It robs Ferdinand, Brown and Park, or anyone else among United's walking wounded who might have had a chance of returning against the Toffees, of two extra days' preparation.

The late change is part of a confusing February fixture list for United.

Their remaining outstanding game against Fulham - originally postponed in August because of the Red Devils' presence in the European Super Cup - has been pencilled in for February 17. But that will be dependent on neither side requiring a fifth-round replay.

In addition, the Red Devils' home match against Portsmouth on February 28 has been postponed because of their appearance in the Carling Cup final the following day.

West Brom vs Utd preview

West Brom and Manchester United are both suffering from an injury crisis ahead of their Premier League clash at The Hawthorns on Tuesday.

Sir Alex Ferguson's men can go three points clear of Liverpool in second place if they secure maximum points against the Baggies.

While bottom of the table West Brom know that three points can take them as high as 13th such is the tight nature of the Premier League table.

Both managers will have to shuffle their squad for the match with Tony Mowbray particularly struggling in the centre-back department.
Baggies team news

Captain Jonathan Greening has been ruled out for six weeks after a scan revealed he had strained medial knee ligaments in the FA Cup draw against Burnley.

The midfielder is not expected to be fit until mid-March.

The 30-year-old joins defenders Shelton Martis (hamstring), Neil Clement (knee), Ryan Donk (groin), Leon Barnett (hamstring), Jonas Olsson (knee) and Abdoulaye Meite (hamstring) on the sidelines.

Despite Donk limping off against Burnley on Saturday, Mowbray may rush the centre-half back due to a lack of cover in that area.

The hosts will also be without midfielder James Morrison (hamstring), strikers Luke Moore (hamstring) and Craig Beattie, who picked up a knock against the Clarets, and long term casualty Ishmael Miller (knee).

One positive for the Baggies boss on Saturday was the return of Gianni Zuiverloon after a month out with a knee injury.

The defender came through unscathed after coming off the bench and could start against United.

United team news

The champions have an injury list to match their opponents as they look to continue their run of ten successive league games without conceding a goal.

The record is all the more impressive will the amount of injuries they have had to cope with to their backline.

Patrice Evra (ankle), Rio Ferdinand (back), Wes Brown (ankle), Jonny Evans (ankle), Fabio (calf) and Rafael (groin) have all spent time on the sidelines recently and all are set to miss the game.

Meanwhile midfielders Anderson (ankle), Nani (groin) and Ji-Sung Park (ankle) join long-term absentee Owen Hargreaves (knee) in the treatment room.

United will also be without strikers Wayne Rooney (hamstring) and Danny Wellbeck (ankle) but still have a strong forward line available with Cristiano Ronaldo, Dimitar Berbatov and Carlos Tevez all expected to start.

Goalkeeper Ben Foster, who has played in the last two games against Derby and Tottenham, is likely to step down in place of Edwin Van der Sar.

Zoran Tosic could make his first start in a United shirt after coming off the bench against Spurs on Saturday.

Ferguson may be forced to field the 21-year-old as Wellbeck, who started on the wing in Saturday's FA Cup win has been ruled out, leaving the Scot with just Ronaldo as a recognisable winger.

Possible starting XI's

West Brom: Carson, Robinson, Zuiverloon, Donk, Hoefkens, Koren, Teixeira, Do-Heon Kim, Valero, Bednar, Simpson.

Man Utd: Van der Sar, Eckersley, Neville, Vidic, O'Shea, Ronaldo, Carrick, Fletcher, Tosic, Tevez, Berbatov.

PREDICTIONS
Skysports.com prediction: West Brom 0 Man Utd 2
Sky Bet odds: West Brom 9/1 Draw 7/2 Man Utd 4/11
One to watch: Zoran Tosic

Champions League - Vidic banned for Inter match
Eurosport - Fri, 30 Jan 16:35:00 2009

Nemanja Vidic will miss the first leg of Manchester United's Champions League tie with Internazionale after being suspended for one match following his red card in the Club World Cup final.

Vidic was dismissed for swinging an elbow into the face of LDU Quito's Claudio Bieler in Yokohama on December 21.

The Serbia star was facing the possibility of a three-game suspension but a FIFA disciplinary panel on Friday confirmed a one-match ban.
