United wins another pre-season game. Seoul FC 2 - United 3. Much better game and opponent than the last two. Rooney, Kiko and Berbatov scored.
Glory, Glory MANUTD.

fantastic match... a great pre season game..the fans were brilliant.. the stadium perfect.. and the game itself was tops... the #10 for Seoul... Dejan..scored 2 classy goals and looked very impressive... maybe Fergie gave David Gill a call at HT to speak to his agents...

Great goal by Berba..brilliant header...

couldnt ask for more from a pre season game really...

ah yes...the rent boy fans

Asian tour is something we will do every two years to thank the massive fanbase we have in Asia... and make some cash

We still have 4 pre season games left... Boca Juniors on Wednesday and should we win then the winner of AC Milan vs Bayern Munich on Thurs..and should we lose vs Boca the loser of AC/Bayern...those games are supposedly on ESPN

Then next week wednesday(5th) we host Valencia...then we travel to London to play the rent boys in the Community Shield

Dont worry about my team...and dont get to Cocky about yours..we are only in July rent boy...

thank the massive fan base? - like the one in Indonesia?

Instead of commiserating with the fans after the bombing, allyuh run out on the first flight. Care about the fans ... or the cash? glory glory.

Ah hear Fergie still talking about other sides but his own ... and he just  can't   let    go   :'(   of      R o n  :'( a  l   :'(   d   o    :'( :'( :'(

Man U VS Boca

http://www.atdhe.net/8237/watch-boca-juniors-vs-manchester-united

HT- Man United 2 Boca Juniors 0

goals from Anderson with a beautiful free kick just outside the 18 and a Valencia Shot that the keeper messed up on.

PS. That Fabio looks kinda henny when he runs and I he does not seem to confident on the ball, his brother is wayyyy better than him.

Fergie writes off Reds
United boss expects Blues to be main title rivals

Sir Alex Ferguson believes Chelsea will provide the greatest threat to Man Utd this season, not Liverpool.

The Red Devils boss is hoping to lead his side to a fourth consecutive Premier League title, and knows competition for the crown will be fierce.

Liverpool pushed United all the way last season, eventually finishing just four points off the pace.

They are expected to challenge again in the 2009/10 campaign, but their chances of tasting top-flight glory have been all but written off by the manager of their fiercest rivals.

Ferguson insists Chelsea, under the guidance of new coach Carlo Ancelotti, are causing him greater concern heading into the new season and claims Liverpool will struggle to replicate their heroics of last term.

"It will be hard for them to match last season, let alone improve on it. Other teams will know more about them," Ferguson told The Sun.

"Liverpool had probably their best season for 20 years and still finished four points adrift.

"It has to be Chelsea as the main threat. Ancelotti will change how they play."
Improving

Ferguson has admitted that the summer sale of Cristiano Ronaldo and loss of Carlos Tevez will see him adopt a new approach this season, but he insists he has the talent at his disposal to counter the departures of two key members of his squad.

"People have misread our situation and they have under-estimated our ability to improve players. That is an area where we have proved successful in the past," he added.

"We are expecting a lot from (Jonny) Evans, (Danny) Welbeck, (Darron) Gibson, (Federico) Macheda and the Da Silva brothers.

"And Nani and Anderson have already shown good things, but they will improve this season.

"We will miss Ronaldo's goals, that's obvious.

"But (Dimitar) Berbatov will do well this year. And (Wayne) Rooney and (Michael) Owen are both capable of getting 20 goals, so we've got plenty of options."

I don't think is a big blow, cause God help us if we can't win without VDS. Plus it will give the Foster an opportunity to stake his claim. Best case scenario Foster lives up to the hype and VDS does not play as much.

Hopefully, it's only mind games that Fergie's playing.

If not, he underestimates the real reds at his own peril.

I am actually more excited about the side this season than last year. The team looks faster and hungrier with more youth coming thru. It also appears that the team will be playing a trapping style trying to deny the opposition time and space while creating chances. I think the team defence will be better which will also create more chances to strike on offense. The positive thing and difference between Valencia and Ronaldo is that Valencia will hug the wing and thereby spreading the field whereas Ronaldo's tendency to drift in made the field narrower taking away from the width. Lord Wrigley's ability to put players in situations that match their strengths and therefore succeed is second to none in the EPL. United has what Chelski, Liverstool and Arsenull lack; wingers!
Let the games begin!

Manchester United 2 Valencia 0

An encouraging win capped by very good performances from Cleverley and Valencia (who set up both goals)...

Exciting pre season game... United were much better in the 2nd Half... good performances by Valencia,Rooney and De Laet

Owen was good too.. made 3 out the 4 chances for himself which is what he is good at...just wasn't his day in front of goal but promising signs...

Big game on Sunday at 10am ET... The Rent Boys at Wembley ... Strong line up expected

Unfortunately Vidic looks set to miss the 1st prem game...

Players out vs Chelsea on Sunday: VDS, Vidic, Brown, Neville, Hargreaves and possibly Rafael

Expected Line Up:

Foster

O'Shea
Rio
Evans
Evra

Valencia
Anderson
Scholes
Nani

Rooney
Berbatov

Bench: Kuszczak, De Laet, Fabio, Park, Carrick, Fletcher, Giggs, Macheda, Owen etc etc

6 subs can be made apparently

Imagine 50yearold Giggsy was the best player today! The  rest of the side should be shot with shite! Fergerson better buy some more players before 31/08/09. How the f*ck he can't see that midfield has and continues to be weak is beyond me! F*cking Carrick should be bossin the damn midfield! Park I thought was good enough for bottom feeders but not even today. Play the f*ckin youngsters if the Parks and Carricks of the world are going tuh keep playing this type of shite! The season jus start and ah have headache already!

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!

Fergie fooled himself into thinking that he had a good team that could still function after losing its main player.
Sorry, Fergie but your team is shit without C. Ronaldo.
