U-17 Haiti, Brazil, USA, and TnT in 4-team tournament?

According to the rumours, there will soon be a 4-team tournament between the U-17 teams of Haiti, Brazil, USA, and TnT. Apparently, this warm up tournament will be hosted by TnT. Has anyone heard of that?
