Moratti Confirms Recoba Departure  Massimo Moratti has once again hinted that his ‘spiritual son’ Alvaro Recoba will probably leave the Nerazzurri before the transfer season closes.

Following June's big rumors involving possible moves of ‘El Chino’ to Atletico Madrid and Olympiakos, the past two weeks have seen these vanish.

The silence on the Recoba-front left many Inter fans wondering whether the Uruguayan magician was actually going to remain at his beloved Inter.

However Moratti quashed these hopes (or fears?) yesterday as he said:

“Mancini has told Recoba he can leave? If there is someone that can do this, its me. I do think Recoba needs to play with continuity somewhere,”

“Even a club in Italy could be a solution, I don’t think his salary can pose a problem.”
