J.A. success in T& F ?

Props to Jamacia in the success they have been having at the Worlds!!! what are they doing right ? what do we need to do? are most of their athletes based in the states?

Jamaica has a CULTURE of T&F that most other nations in the WORLD, far less the Caribbean, can match.  I believe the only Caribbean nation that comes close in that regard is Cuba.

Whatever successes T&T has gotten in the past and present is IN SPITE OF that lack of T&F Culture.
