Updates:DaMarcus Beasley has been ruled out of the USA's upcoming qualifier against Trinidad & Tobago on Aug. 17 due to injury. According to his club, the U.S. international has not fully recovered from a hamstring strain. No additional players will be added to the roster, and the remaining 19 players will begin to report to Hartford on Aug. 14, with training scheduled to begin Monday.
Beasley was a force for the U.S. during their recent run to the Gold Cup title, registering three goals and four assists in six matches. For his efforts, Beasley earned the Golden Shoe as the tournament's top scorer.
