So basically..people who coudnt afford to pay ah mortgage in the first place makin people who can afford it suffer financially....as we does say in trini Peter have to pay for GoPaul

the man is well named....lol

I have front row seats for this market catspraddle. One woman got a 1m mortgage on a house valued at $75k, another was allowed a 4th mortage on the house at age 78 with retirement income only. Others approved with poverty line income. One delightful story of a man in prison for 17 years, being approved with $150 a month income from a sublease he had on a ghetto apartment. 3rd and 4th mortgage vendors closing doors and people out of work.

if these were jokes they would be funnier.
