The fact that SH is Canadian does not diminish his Trini roots in any way form or fashion. SH is, was and always will be one of "ours", this is not no waggonist business.
We leave that for allyuh. Let SH or any other expat in Canada do something wrong nah (heaven forbid) and suddenly he becomes a Trinidadian again fast fast. Nobody in Canada know yuh then. Remember Ben Johnson?
So who is really the joke us or you?
Well SH hasn't qualified Canada yet for the U-17 World Cup, yet he still remains in charge of the U-17 program. So much for the irrelevant Ben Johnson theory.
Could somebody explain my post to this microbrain. On second thought don't bother.
Just take it on good faith that before you ever even heard about SH there were people here who were proud to consider him one of ours.
Ya, there were lot's that liked SH and lot's that slagged him. Or maybe you are new to the forum ?
At any rate, if the best you can do is celebrate a guy that left t&t years ago to coach for the opposition, and just won your inaugural tournament (Canada the Caribbean champs, HA,HA...) for the opposition in your own backyard, then fill your boots. I keep forgetting that T&T has NEVER won, or qualified for anything in their pathetic history.
All together now Soca fans: CANADA, CANADA, CANADA.....;
