Dai'z mih ole HS field too, nuff memories from dat place.

I was real hoping tuh pass through but ah cyah make dis one...still behind on getting some things done that I need to take care of.

There are several options via the train, but none of them terribly convenient.

Kicker

1. Take the 3/4 to Utica Avenue and walk six blocks south along Utica to Empire and E. New York.  Right at E. NY, left on Schenectady for two blocks to Rutland.  Or you could alternatively take a dollar van from the train station to Utica and Rutland and walk right 1 1/2 blocks along Rutland.  Best option.

otherwise:

2. Take the 2/5 to Sterling, walk 5 blocks south then left (east) for five more to Rutland and Troy

or

3. Continue on the 2/5 one stop past Sterling St. to Wintrhop St. Left on Winthrop towards NY Ave...for 5 blocks, then left on Troy for 3 more to Rutland Rd.

Can't play- hurt, but will try to pass through  :beermug:

The Warrior Nation 5-a-side Tournament and Family Day came off with a few hitches, but eventually turned out to be a nice lime. Congratulations to team Global for taking home the "Unity Cup" title!

Hats off also to team Scrape Up (comprised of JDB, Bally, FF, Trini Madness, Tenorsaw and his 2 brethren and WN PRO Vassili) who represented the SW.net/Warrior Nation. They started off with a bang by ressin' 5 on team Gorillas, but loss form soon after...drawing their next match 1-1 and losing their third match 3-2 in the first round.

Big up to men like 2 Cents who ref the games,  Zulu Warrior and Big Dawg who did not play but came out and supported hardcore. Thanks to all who attended and made the event a success.

Full event report and pics to follow soon.

My bad regarding Big Dawg. Ah know he paid to play but I was only seeing him coaching on de sideline  ;D After allyuh left ah think another one of tenorsaw's patners fall een...he was ah dark stocky fella wearing a white tee and green pants.

Forbes rel geh orn in dat first match scoring ah beaver trick, but like u and Juma was de stars on de team in trute....too bad all yuh had to leave. De way all yuh start off hot I swear all yuh was taking de title. Next time clear all yuh whole day cause yuh know ting does start late when trinis involved.

Scrape Up have to take de title next year!
