I live in San Francisco fuh 5 1/2 years and I cyar remember seeing ah proper steelband out dey. It was mostly ah group ah fellas who does do ting like parties, weddings etc. Come tuh tink about it ah cyar recall even seeing any fuh San Francisco Carnival. I leave dey in 2002 so maybe tings different now. Expand yuh search tuh Berkely, Hayward and de East Bay (e.g. Pleasanton).

I looking into east bay as well..i figure if i eh find anything in OAK/SFO, i might get lucky in hayward or berkely
