u hadda add Kalou and Olivier Kapo to that list. BUt most importantly u missing Benni McCarthy..who is arguably the best African striker in the EPL if u consider how good he was in his first season. Drogba in his first season was nutten compared to MCarthy..

I agree with you grskywalker, but My vote has to go to Martins if he will only get some playing time at Newcastle he will score as much or maybe even more than Drogba.

Adebayor  third.

I have not seen enough of the others so I can't rate them yet.  From what I have seen this season I rate Drogba and Benjani as #1 and #2

No dis tuh yuh thread boss, but ah vote Drogba, even meh lil son tell meh "daddy Drogba is de best player dey" and he is not even ah tenager yet  ;). Better yuh did ask who is de best African striker after Drogba, cuz whether we like him or Chelsea, de man is one ah de best five strikers in de world. I is ah Barca man, but ah really,really rate Drogba.HIGHLY BLESSED.

I had always liked Martin's style of play but Newcastle stifling him, even a move to VILLA OR HAMMERS could do wonders, the man have the speed and skills to do real damage.
