The annual Ralston "Cibby" James Memorial Classic would be held at the Dwight Yorke Stadium on Saturday, 15 December, 2007. The days proceedings are scheduled to get underway promptly at 4:00pm with the memorial activities. This would be followed by the first match between Castara Goal City and 2007 TFA FA Cup winners Roxborough Lakers at 5:00pm. TFA Premier League winners, Stokely Vale will take on the Ralston James XI at 7:00pm. The Ralston James XI would include primarily Tobago born players who are campaigning in Trinidad.
"Cibby" was fatally shot in the chest and stomach on 16 December 2002, mere hours helping W Connection advance to the Concacaf Club championship. His assailants are still free today, as no arrests have been made. This beloved son of Plymouth, Tobago, would live on in the memories of those he encountered.
