BBC is back to T&F and catching up with all the races...Darrel had a packed heat and had to catch up to finish 3rd. Gay looked comfortable winning his heat and didn't show any injury effects.

the more i seeing this false start rule  is d more stupid i find it 2 be

who the hell come up with that rule..... maybe is the fact that both brown and richard were in a heat that had a false start and mi heart was in mi mouth kinna kindle mi strong dis like for this rule
