The list should be restricted to players who were never named to a WC finals roster or men like Weah who played for countries that did not make the WC ever or men like Leonson whose country made the WC but not when they were involved with the game or kicking any kinda brand.Ah find if a man sitting on de bench that's testimony to something as well as tactical considerations.
