well One Woodbrook Place went wayyyyy over the budget...
Sales was not as dey expected. Although i heard majority of the penthouses are already sold to foreigners.

For the life of me I'm still trying to figure out WHY they would put such a huge structure on that little street call Marli. Granted the area is high prime area, with ANSA Mcal buildings plus Canadian Embassy, Royal Bank and BP but still man...too close to dey road that it lost its beauty, that is ah business area, cars parking both sides ah dey street, Carnival route, Trotters crowd on weekends and dey price...lawd!

After ah hard days wuk me ain't want to get stick in no traffic on Maraval Road, Alexander and roun' dey Savannah to get home. Might as well go live in dey East...

Some magazine I saw some snaps of One Woodbrook, sweet yaknow...nice buildings. If I could remember which one ah dem, I'll scan and put it up here for allyuh.
