Sunderland v Bolton
« on: November 29, 2008, 01:48:01 AM »
Off out early so put up possible links for the match. (Its being shown live in Ireland so links should be available).  Need a win, but really need a CM and to defend or we will get nothing.  Hope the tactics are better this week and Kenwyn is rested, hpe to see him return to some form over the next few weeks.

what a guy this roy keane. amazing how ppl sang his praises last week for 'vision' in the carlos edwards loan moves. as the guy on setanta just said 110 deals in 2 years (loans included). quite a visionary given that they're bottom 5 right now. i'd love for him to come head up my company.

i hope sunderland's new coach keeps KJ & edwards in his plans.

So Cisse score a nice goal and 6 mins later Bolton equalize with a header by Matt Taylor.

Bolton just scored again, 2-1.

3 1.

Major defensive blunder, and a nice finish by the Bolton player.

Keane might be hard headed and not want Yorke on the field,
but if he is in-front of the back 4, he makes a difference.

Sunland is looking less and less like a Premiership team.

Truth is he needs to go back to 4-5-1. That means sacrificing either KJ or Cisse, which I'm sure he's reluctant to do. De 4-4-2 ain't working, tho.

If you have to play 4-5-1 at home, what system does he play on the road?
In front of the home crowd, he at least has to play (or appear to play) attacking
football, no?

@ United next week, OUCH!!!!!
Looking like this, lacking confidence, @ United, they might be good for a fiver.

He used to play 4-5-1 straight through. Home and away. I think he need to go back to dat. Cisse or Kenwyne play depending on form.

Keane never have a settled back four. Is chop and change and chop chop change right through. De defence cyah build no understanding when is a different 4 every few games.

Keane need an experienced assistant manager to temper dem vaps decisions he like to make.

Keane was known as a fighter, a battler.

Does anyone of this current lot come close to resembling the
coaches qualities?

They look very inept today.

Keane is ah bamc for true, if he not pickin Yorke & Carlos, not even as options...buh yuh cyah blame him for man mistrapping and bad passing ball, unless yuh blaming him for having dem men on the field in the 1st place, cause that is all dey does do..buh true ah cyah watch to much ah dis team(by choice), to know if dem men does make dem shit play all the time...ah know for a fact none ah dem ah see no better than we boys, and he shoulda borrow Latas on ah loan too
