What former WC goalkeeper and staple of the Eng. Premiership...once collected three goals in a match in TT.

Hint: it was a club match.

Hint, it was an exhibition club match that took place in the 1980s.

That should make it easy, especially for TM :-)

This match was played vs. a TT club team. the 'keeper was playing for a visiting Eng. club.

I see de title of de thread and thought it was an old one, so me eh bother tuh open it until now. I will agree wit daryn dat it was Pat Jennings, in the ASL vs Arsenal match. Ah believe Ron La Forest scored a hat-trick in dat game.

Yes, Pat Jennings for Arsenal vs ASL.

The game was played in  1982. ASL won 3-2.

Jennings also played for N. Irleand in the 1982 and 86 WC.

N.I. beat hosts Spain 1-0 in 1982 in one of the biggest WC upsets ever. Jennings was pure boss in dat game. But just a few months earlier was getting string up vs ASL.
