look at the way the TTCBC is run compared to the WICB.

there's another thread in this forum with Bernard Pantin's outrageous suggestion (even though I don't think he was 100% serious), but if you line up how the individual boards act as administrators and measure their effectiveness - there is a huge decline in quality compared to the WICB.

What the hell was WICB personnel doing all week? ... Feting on the mound in Jamaica?
