Sporting vs Bayern
« on: February 25, 2009, 05:38:33 PM »
Bayern through to the next rounds they put 5 away goals past Sporting.
They could show up with an U14 side for their home game. ;D

Yeah, but they would probably look the same!
(yuh forget East Germany is "part of" Germany now?)  ;D

seriously though.  The only thing about this matchup worth talking about any more is: Maybe, just maybe, Bayern Munich might make some noise in the CL this year and whoever facing them next rounds might have to worry.

The funny thing is, of the 3 Germans who regularly start for Bayern (excluding Rensing in goal), the most 'German' in style is the Polish-born Klose. Schweinsteiger and Lahm play like they grew up watching Pierre Littbarski and Thomas Haessler- two of my favorite 'Un-German' Germans.

The Bayern coach Klingsmann is in big trouble here in Germany. If Bayern did not win that game dey would ah send him back to Cali. Anyway dey win but south Germany is still skeptical about his tatics and waiting to see the outcome of de next big game tomorrow  Bayern against Werder

men sleeping on the germans...bayern is a big side from long time and i think they are a real dark horse with a very potent attacking trio

i used to like watching bundesliga a few years back on fsc, if i am not mistaken at one point the bundesliga had one of the highest ratios of goals scored per game.

p.s. who remember sammy kuffour crying like a baby when manu won the cl
