Nice one Sam.

I will be happy to see Gorean Highley on that list soon providing he gets his act together, hopefully Joe Public will bring the best out of him.

Same with Sherron Joseph, Christon Thomas, Jerol Forbes and Josmir Belgrave.

Sam, I feel Leston Paul and Sean De Silva should be infront of Atuallah Guerra as he fall off his game badly. Hopefully in the new season he can get serious.

I am fed up with players who act like they mentally weak, because they from de ghetto they feel they need special care.

Put Carlos in the RB pool.  I think he has the engine to play the position and overlap effectively. Plus he will be later to the action which would bring his shot into play.

We need to start over from scratch and look at a lot of players. The following should be the core in intensive training for the next game against Costa Rica.  Dwight should be made an assistant coach, if only for his ability to motivate and lead the players.

Clayton Ince, Marvin Phillip, Glenroy Samuel

Andrei Pacheco, Akeem Adams

Dennis Lawrence, Julius James, Radanfah Abu Bakr

Keyeno Thomas, Osei Telesford, Robert Primus

Yohance Marshall, Sean Power, Uriah Bentick

Carlos Edwards, Christopher Birchall, Kendall Jagdeosingh,

Khaleem Hyland, Clyde Leon, Daniel Cyrus

Keon Daniel, Atuallah Guerra, Leston Paul, Sean De Silva

Collin Samuel, Aklie Edwards, Anthony Wolfe, Kevon Neaves, Javed Mohammed

Kenwyne Jones, Jamal Gay, Jerrel Britto, Lester Peltier

Jason Scotland, Cornell Glen, Darryl Roberts, Randi Patterson
Never, never, ever give up! Go T&T Warriors!

nice job. Wipe the slate clean and start over.
Everyone gets a fair chance to show their worth and make the team.

Even though I don't know many of the names on that proposed roster, competition is always a good thing - and depth in positions, esp. defence is something we need at the moment.

Passing of the Torch or..................
« Reply #25 on: June 08, 2009, 02:04:33 PM »
Maybe it was lost in the excitement of the game pass or even in the disappointment many felt from the lost.

I was greatly surprised to see Tinto playing in the highly regarded #10

What illuminated this even more is that this is the number that was known to TNT fans as belonging to the one the only LATAPY who debuted as the Coach/Manager.

Is it coincidence that they both debuted as they did? I believe Tinto may have been nervous but he did well to represent himself.

What are your thought? Do you think it was Latapy signaling and passing the Torch by allowing a highly regarded rookie to wear the famous #10

He need some more matches to get comfortable.  He also needs to deliver better crosses.  No use having a beast like KJ and not putting balls in the air for him.  Tinto gave a fair accounting of himself.

How much ball he get in a position to execute a shot of any kind though?  And given his height advantage why don't we see more aireal crosses into the box?
