Champions League Rights
« on: March 30, 2009, 09:46:23 PM »
I just read that FSC got the North American rights for Champions League from next season. What ya'll think about that...I know some ppl don't like Tommy Smyth and dem...but do we really wanna hear Max Bretos doing those games?

I really hope fox get some real commentators fuh next season.  Max Bretos and de rest ah dem jokers on FSC is torture.  I rather watch de game in Spanish.

Anybody but ESPN! Actually FSC has an colour commentator name Cristopher Sullivan who is better than anything ESPN could put out. I am sure guys like Derek Rae will jump ship, Tommy Smythe can stay put and call games deserving of his talent!

Hmmm i would love to know how many ppl agree with this. I think Cristopher Sullivan is horrible...he and Max does be killin my ears. Aside from commentary though...i wanna know if they would b showin 3-4 games per day or jus d 2 like ESPN....cuz a couple yrs ago i took ESPN Deportes cuz they show like 3-4.

this is the worst thing that could have happened...cuz somehow FLOW will f**k it up and even if they dont those American commentators will

I rather listen to Derek Rae(who isnt bad) and Tommy(who is bad)  .. but Bretos is the worst

Disaster

FSC needs to come out with an HD version of their channel. Right now I'd go with ESPN just for the visual and turn down the volume  :D

This Christopher Sullivan fella does real talk. Real unnecessary over-analysis .
