To be expected quite frankly, most of the western hemisphere is left of center and w/Chavez' ALBA gaining traction, much of this common theme (Argentina, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Bolivia etc) is to be expected. In BO though I think there is a leader capable of walking the line and arriving at some common ground. It's only a matter of time before the Cuba embargo is lifted, as Roland Martin pointed out in a recent article, it's a double standard based on the now defunct cold war, just ask China and the huge sum of debt they have purchased on the US' behalf
