Betham is right in they face. The gov't coild have at least clean and cover the the canals around the area. And they should have started since last year. They knew long time that they were going to host the Summit.

Yuh know ah does try hard but ah does can't understand allyuh sometimes.  I not here to tell people what to post and where, but we've discussed this Beetham thing ad nauseaum in about two or three other threads relating to the Summit.  People have their opinions on either side of the debate... was it really necessary to bring the same talk to this thread that is more about celebrating the positives of the Summit?
