To allow five goals in Guat is inexcuseable, it is clear that T&T are still trying to win by playing a more open attacking style.
They need to change formation to 5-3-2 or 5-4-1, playing the best defensive players in defense and link, and also putting in some speed up front for the fast counter attacks.
