Looking at the Oval as it was long ago with the samann tree in the background, the premier sporting venue in the country. Sometimes when they oversell tickets for WI cricket and North/South football, plenty men use to be on the tree real confie like pappy.

Alan Cabral and he twin brother Colin went CIC from 81 to 86. Not sure what de odds are of 2 Alan Cabral in Trini. Dey had some older brothers that went CIC too( glen and ??) so ah doubt it was a senior and junior thing

The odds mightn't be that high. It could be the man son, nephew etc.

They have two Brian Davis and Michael Carews in TT, so they could very well have two Alan Cabrals in TT.

Peace,

Yeah I grew up with Alan and Colin, they had two older brothers Glen and Dirk and a younger sister. Dunno if Glen or Dirk played for CIC and I never saw them play. But Alan and Colin played all the time in a park in Diego Martin. Colin was/is a very decent player with a lot of heart and passion, my guess is if he did play for CIC, it may have been for the second eleven team...lol but honestly, Colin was more on gyuals than football.

FYI, their cousin - Shane Correia - did play 1st eleven for CIC in the 90s though.

Yeah, I understand that.....was really trying to say ah doubt the older guy was really Alan because most times yuh name yuh oldest son Junior, not de 4th, especially if he is de 2nd delivered of a twin. Was just speculation cause panman George Goddard name all of 5 of he son George too....so it could have just as much Alan Cabral.

George Foreman also named his four sons and daughter George.

Alright, he named the daughter Georgina. But that is overliking yourself.
