Richard still struggling, but so did everyone else in this race except for the winner. He had some serious bucking going on in the last 20m.

Burns looked like his coach made him run a 10k yesterday. Looked extremely sluggish and the time shows....


Trini trials is in 12 days. Enough time to sharpen up, so lets wait and see what they bring to the table.

I just don't know what's happenin with dem guys I cud give Marc a pass because he seems to be coming back from injury but Richard just hasn't looked good at all at all! However he has improved from previous performances he didnt look all over d place like he did at the reebok grand prix so he might be improving. I knew Miss jeter would take that race because she is too strong at the moment and Shelly ann is doing nothing so far this year to challenge but Kerron could still get there. i am happy simply because KAB is running around those times that Kerron Stewart, Jeter and Muna Lee are running and she should be making the final.
