T&T officials get Fifa appointments

Three officials attached to the T&T Football Federation (TTFF) have received appointments to serve on Fifa committees for upcoming Fifa world tournaments.
Former national youth coach and current technical consultant Keith Look Loy was appointed on the weekend to serve as a member on the Fifa Technical Study Group for the Fifa Under 20 World Cup in Egypt which will run from September 9—October 10.
Lookloy was a Fifa development officer between 2000-2005 and also held the post of Concacaf Technical Director in 2005. Lookloy is a member of the Fifa Football Committee and was recently appointed manager of Fifa’s new Concacaf programme, WIN. Members of the Fifa Technical Study Group prepare technical reports on tournaments and individually write match day reports for the Fifa official Web site.
Also leaving Port of Spain this week was national team doctor Terence Babwah, who was appointed to serve at the Fifa Confederations Cup in South Africa. Babwah is a member of the Fifa Medical Committee. Shaun Fuentes, Media Officer of the T&T team has been appointed to serve as a venue media officer at the 2009 Fifa Under 17 World Championship in Nigeria, in October.
