RAJESH BALDEO went to court yesterday charged with having sex with his neighbour's goat.

Baldeo, 20, was arrested on Monday, more than two weeks after the alleged act of bestiality at Corial Village, Williamsville.

The goat had to be slaughtered and the carcass disposed of.

But when Baldeo appeared before Deputy Chief Magistrate Mark Wellington yesterday, a medical certificate detailing the injuries to the goat was tendered as evidence.

Baldeo was not called upon to plead.

Bestiality cases are indictable and trials are heard before judge and jury in the High Court.

Baldeo was charged by Constable Lyndon Abraham of the Gasparillo Police Station. First Court police prosecutor Joey Samaroo is prosecuting. Baldeo, a fabricator of Kumar Village, Williamsville, was granted bail of $15,000.

He will next appear in court on June 22.

This case should get thrown out. De man ask the goat for consent.

 Man caught raping goat

A 20-YEAR-old man is expected to appear before a Siparia Magistrate this morning after he was caught having sex with a goat under a house early yesterday morning.

The man of Spring Trace, Siparia was caught by a housewife and her children in the act after the woman was alerted to the bleating of the animal.

Police also recalled that there was a similar incident earlier this year in Penal where a man was caught committing an indecent act on a pig. According to police, at about 1am, the 48-year-old woman was asleep with her two children when she was awakened by the bleating of her goat.

The woman telephoned the police after she saw the man assaulting the goat under her house.

Siparia police officers including Cpl Harripersad, PC Seecharan, PC Aguillara and WPC Ramjattan responded. On seeing the officers, the half naked man ran off but was arrested a short distance away.

The man was taken to the police station where he was charged with bestiality. The goat was also taken to the police station where it was medically examined by a vet. According to police sources, the goat is expected to be euthanised in keeping with normal practices in such incidents. According to the police, a person convicted of such an act is liable to imprisonment for a maximum of 25 years. The charge was laid by PC Seecharan.

So wait, the woman caught him and (I presume) raised a ruckus before calling the Police, and he still continued so much so that the Police had time to arrive???  :flamethrower: :puking:

When cautioned by officers the boy replied.

"The goat is my friend. I just liming with him." 

the boy and the goat were both taken to the police Station.


What is this fella name...he should be shame...the whole of Trinidad and Tobago should have his picture up as a goat f**ker...in fact all molesters and rapists, bandit...all miscreants...they should have a big Papers in a glossy magazine and have they face and name big and bold and what they do.

If it ent goat is pig or cow them fellas wining on.
