It's hard to say just yet....depending on his objective.  He might be still trying to find the right combination of players or he could be preserving certain men for a long season or big games or playing match ups against certain teams.  Still early in the season to be able to figure exactly what he doing.  Today he had John Obi Mikel AND Michael Ballack in the midfield for the first time that I can remember when there was speculation being put out that JOM would be excess with Ballack's increased role and Deco finding a place back in the squad.  At the end of the day, they just need to outscore their opponents and I happy.

.....first shutout of the season against a side does normally give Chelsea a hard time but injuries and other things have them struggling.  This was a easy game for Chelsea and they kinda played down to Fulham's capacity....almost at a pedestrian pace.......0 goals conceded.....0 yellow cards.....3 more points.  Hoonex?

Zamora played and was substituted in the 75th minute,I read the report and Chelsea dominated from start to finish,Zamora did not get a mention in the report.
