Local stars on new Digicel billboards.
T&T Newsday Reports.As you drive along the highways in the north and south of Trinidad, you may have noticed that certain areas appear to have more “sparkle” than others.
It’s just Digicel dazzling you with its latest brand billboards, powerful “mantras” that speak of Digicel’s support of culture and sports and by extension instill a sense of national pride and a call to patriotism in the onlookers.
The billboards are done in a leading market design that features the national flag — some with glitter work — as a backdrop to outstanding entertainment and sporting Digicel personalities like Destra, Kes The Band, The Big Band Karma and national footballers Jason Scotland and Carlos Edwards.
The Digicel Rising Stars reality show, a Digicel initiative that has created great public interest also has its brilliant spotlight in the array of spectacular billboards.
