Liburd.....steups.

Ah sure allyuh know dat d post of 'special adviser' in d ttff constitution does not exist, and legally this 'adviser' is not authorised to make any legally binding agreements with anybody, regardless of implied or assumed authority.

Dat being said...again ah go tell d set ah emotional ppl on dis forum....big respeck to jack and d ttff massive and crew...take all d money and keep it!!! trini ppl too chupid..

Men sell out d battle from d time a lil 100k wave in dey face...hahahahahahahaha...Jack is a boss!!!! Yorke and Latas cut dey deal on de side and leave everybody else to fight it out. Shaka full ah talk...he have documents hidin and preachin local fottball union unity while he likin heself wit espn.

Wake up kids...dis matter dead!!!!!

Spineless players we have...dey deserve wha dey get or aint get. Is either allyuh in or out...cyah battle one day and make deal d nex den wanna battle again a nedder day.

Like ah said before...d only ppl who serious bout dey money is JACK WARNER.

So Mr Liburd...u write yuh blow by blow and yuh years in d makin articles...steups...yuh aint fed up? Get a real wuk nah man...write pertinent articles...not no ting u and yuh boyfren jennings investigatin for years and nuttin comin outta it. Wha kinda jokey journalism is dat...more like sour grapes. D more allyuh investigate and report is d more money allyuh targets makin....continue liburd continue.

Funny post, and you right, Shaka bread butter.

And a few players took money under the table to turn their heads.

But that doesn't mean we like Jack Warner either.

Whether he get sue or Camps or the TTFF or TTFA who ever, Jack will have to pay some how.

I say, lets continue to beat the iron, Jack must fall one day.

Their is no way one man could be smarter than 20, but they must ALL put their heads together which is highly unlikely.

Shaka does talk and talk and talk and no action.

Kelvin Jack, Evans Wise, Ian Cox, Cyd Gray and Brent Sancho varnish.

You cant here no comment from any of the 16 players.

Stern John fighting for he career more than anything else.

Clayton Morris does bark now and again, but no bite.

These men can't even get organise and come together to even get a union off the ground.

They expect man to fight they battle.

The list goes on.

Life eh fair, but it easy, only if you choose to make it so.

Jack successful in what he does because he have a set of crooks working for him and they will never sell him short, he have a good team, so sad, de bad team better than de good team.

Let me ask allyuh this and ah only asking.

If the players win they money, then whats next ?

Jack go still be here.

De TTFF will still exsist.

Camps will still drink he coconut water and jonny.

Alvin Corneal will make sure Anton is coach soon.

And so on.

What we learn from this.

What came out of this.

Same shit, different toilet.

Well in addition 2 gettin money dat they entitle 15 men had balls 2 look evil in d face and say enuff. 4 FPATT 2 wuk d locals have 2 c d need and dem fraid Jack. Me eh say Shaka and co handle dey business but all dem foreign base already have a players union seekin dey intrest. D locals have 2 want it 2 wuk and dey eh c d need.
Today you're the dog, tomorrow you're the hydrant - so be good to others - it comes back!"

This comment is of no consequence.  Regardless as to whether the title appears in the TTFF Articles of Incorporation or its Charter (not being a sovereign territory but in the mind of Jack Warner, the organization would not have a 'constitution') is irrelevant to the legal question at hand.  I have no idea what "assumed authority" is, but Jack Warner's authority to act on behalf of the TTFF is implied from the actions of the organization in its dealings with third parties, having referred negotiations with said third parties to Jack.  The authority is also apparent from Jack's own behavior... having spoken of his personal expenditures and executive decisions taken on behalf of the organization.  But again, all of this is besides the point.

The mootness of the discussion is underscored by the fact that the issue of "authority" hasn't even raised as a defense by the TTFF to the contractual obligations alleged.  Aside from the very obvious fact that a binding arbitration agreement has already determined that there was a contract (and implicity that Jack had the authority to enter into the same on behalf of the TTFF), there is also the fact that no one from the TTFF is contesting that Jack had the authority to act for the organization.

Nice red-herring effort though.

Coop's could it be that Trini_2014 simply made a mistake in editing out the earlier quotes so as to keep the post short... or is it the case that you guilty of the same offense of which you complain... "deleating [man]post and putting what you want as though is i[dem] say it"?

Ah like how Bake n Shake dealt with the legalities put forward in JW's defence above!  ;D

Thanks Bakes....I was wondering if this fool actually believed that bullshit he wrote there.

But on another note....after diamondtrim (yet again) calls out the "emotional people" on the forum, allyuh ever see such an emotional post from him as this one? Notice, he is clearly incensed by the article. So as much as he trying to discount Liburd and his article(s), it's obvious he's getting under his skin, shown in his overt attempt to try to convince us 'kids' that it's all over.

And then too he tries to convince Lasana to stop writing.....talk mr trim, talk!

I see the pandemic disease of idiocy and a reluctance to accept the basic tenets of comprehension, has not lost its potency on the author of the above quote.

My post was devoid of emotion, in as much as your head is apparently devoid of worthwhile content. In fact, if you did read the post, and furthermore, understood it, you may have noted that it was focussed on highlighting the fact that with the players divided, only the TTFF (and its advisor) would win, and kudos to them for winning. But perhaps that escaped you. No worries there, as I am fairly certain that far greater things have escaped your intellectual grasp.

Mr Bake's response was strangely civil and seemingly well put together....Yours however displays the image of a person steeped in the quagmire of ignorance.

Ah, the standard diamondtrim tactic of resorting to insults of his opposer's level of intelligence.....predictable, and I expected as much, to be honest.

This post of yours was devoid of emotion, your previous post however wasn't, especially coming from you. Your opening statement clearly displayed supreme annoyance with Mr. Liburd and his article(s). Afterwards, although you did highlight the fact that the players' division presents a gigantic obstacle towards any success in their case, you didn't just offer kudos the the TTFF, you celebrated it, with almost maniacal laughter I might add (by your standards).

As for your closing paragraph, while you've discounted Liburd before, this is the first time I can recall you encouraging him to write pertinent articles, taunting him and his "boyfren Jennings" about their jokey journalism and lack of results. Not usually your style.

But then again my head devoid of worthwhile content and u smarter than me and everybody on this board put together right, so what do I know??  ::)

TriniKev...Your points are noted. And I do apologise where the insert is required.

However, I still stand by my assertion that my post soared over your head. I similarly stand by my position that Mr Liburd and his "boyfren Jennings" investigate poorly, and with great bias. The proof is in the continued flourishing their targets.

I don't agree there....I understood your points, and I didn't argue with them. I was commenting on the apparent emotion in your comments. Of course the fact that the players are divided is going to be a negative factor in their case, and weakens their stand considerably. The outlook for them is becoming bleaker by the day, with the situation as it is. That said, for most of us here it doesn't mean we will accept what JW has done to the players yet again, even though some players jumped ship at the first sight of some money waving in their face, as you said. And as long as the remaining 16 continue in their stance against him, then I standing with them. They deserve what they were promised, regardless of the weakness of some of the others.

As far as Liburd and Jennings are concerned, I doh think anyone here would deny they are biased, and that their reports have had little to no effect so far. That said, I for one appreciate their efforts, and i consider this article Liburd's best yet, simply because he stuck to the facts....none of the usual namedropping and irrelevant bits of trivia, he came good this rounds. Keep it up Lasana, well done  :beermug:
