What will happen if ?

The ministry of Education ,national Security and ministry of Sports work together,for five years under whatever government and target the youths 10-21 male and female.
 Min of Education, Hire Min of national Security coaches and players in all sports eg.football,netball track,rugyby too run programmes in all HOT SPOTS areas, select the kids that may have alot of potential and recommend them for GRANTS or SCHORLARSHIPS into the police ,defence force ,coastguard,fire service,or trials with national teams,They would use the sport facilities,eg basketball courts,football fields, tennis courts everyday.They will be given the equipment from the Min of Sports.The coaches and assisstant will be given commendations for promotions in there jobs.Kids that cannot afford to play or go to school and maybe be lost to the streets will be seen and possible helped, The coaches would be  protected while they coach by the Min of national security patrols.WHERE WOULD THE DRUG PUSHERS OR BUYERS GO.

it go always have drug pushers or buyers...remember 'high society' ppl like to deal wid drugs too u know boss, drugs is not necessarily a low class ting. but i understand you general point ras, and i think it could work (maybe with some modifications here and there) but you know how trinis is, we prefer to spend a 2 mill on a flag...

D country eh lackin social programmes. D difference is yuh puttin d army in charge. FYI d army already runnin programmes. What about personal responsibility and dem ghetto yutes wantin betta 4 demselves. So d army move in then what. At what pt do we stop holdin peeps hand and allow dem 2 walk.

At this point ,If it have netball or basketball playing and police or solders coaching nobody will  be smoking weed next to the court or cussig each other,PELTING BOTTLE ON THE COURT,STOPPING THE SWEAT BECAUSE THEM BROTHER IS AH KILLER or showing who have a gun in their waist ,it not safe out there for we youths to focuss or belive the can get employment from the sport,or some sort of help .It is not for adults,is youths,TnT FUTURE .Sorry from the heart :(
