Understand from students in Trinidad they cannot get access to it.

This has been the case since at least August last year.  It happens on both Blink and Flow networks.
Sticking at 66.208.7.10 since last year
Anybody know anything bout that IP or if Trini get some kinda blacklist?

It's a conspiracy designed to restrict the Trini presence.

Some investigations with the relevant ISPs both in T&T and the US have pointed to the possibility that the issue lies within Howard's network....specifically on one of their routers.
At this point it seems as though Howard is unwilling to investigate.

Anyone have a contact at the Hilltop?  Should make a very good story and will likely take the issue a bit further up the chain which seems like the only way to gain co-operation at this point.
