SANTA CRUZ GROUNDS FIASCO   
We continue to monitor the Brian Lara Recreational Ground.
The residents of Santa Cruz CONTINUE to be frustrated over the INcompletion of the ground.
Even though the site is not complete, they have started using the grounds for certain activities ... but residents believe this could cause more damage than good at this stage.
