it was all too vague to me and sounded like magic. I understand he couldn't say what specifics were but it was too much of a "TA DA!" moment for me to grasp it.
If it is doable for the household then by all means...$3,000? That would pay for itself in no time. But we'd need to know maintenance/replacement costs. We also have a bad reputation for not thinking things through for the long run.

Google was one of the 1st to use the Bloom Box and they say they are seeing the benefits...it's still in testing stage though...there is no magic, just logic

Impressive.  They have some big name customers reporting it is working and saving them money so it seems the technology is fairly well along into implementation.

You need some sort of regular fuel delivered to it....wonder how much of an increase in the volume of gas to the home it will require.
