Hello, Redditch Valiant, and all T & T Soca Warriors!

So in Brussels it's 17.00 k.o. and I'll be "watching" on the Internet.

This game will be difficult, but NOT impossible, as the togetherness in the T & T camp carries out onto the field.  Looks like T & T have had their one "bad" game;  maybe now it's Bahrain's turn.

We know Luca Peruzovic, their coach, here in Belgium as he coached Racing Genk, Charleroi and Andeflecht and I think even played fo rone or more of those clubs.

BELT IT LIKE BIRCHALL!!! SEE YOU IN GERMANY!!
Robbie Earle - Jamaica - France 1998
Chris Birchall - T & T - Germany 2006

The tradition grows ...

God bless all the T & T squad, coaches, and the 100± fans who are out in Bahrain!!
:beermug: :beermug: :beermug: (for celebration later tonight ...)

No WOODBROOK Play boyz and Lavantille Riddim Section for the Fellahs...

The T&T Contingent GOT seats BEHIND the Goal Post...

Our Team Only Got 5 balls to train with ..

See when I tell people to make things difficult for Other Teams.. They doh listen...

Hopefully they find Bottle and Spoon!

Edited....

They are being treated exactly the same way you treated us in Port of Spain. The idiots at TTFF forgot that there will be a second leg and what goes around comes around. Enjoy your 5 balls. 5 is better than 2 boys. Go buy some balls!!!

f*CK you!

Kewell beating, and whipping crosses.

Both team with good chances from headers, but came up empty.

8 down, 1 nil Aussies.

15 down.

Aussies packed in defense, and easily stopping every counter
the Uru's make.
Kewell giving them fits on the left.

30 down.

Aussies have won 90% of the 50-50 balls, and control
the game.

Team news (and good news) from BBC:-

"Bahrain coach Luka Peruzovic will be without influential duo Mohammed Salmeen and Abdulla Al Marzooqi for the second leg of the World Cup qualifier.
Midfielder Salmeen and defender Al Marqooqi are suspended after picking up bookings in the first leg 1-1 draw.
Striker Talal Yousef has a foot injury and may be replaced by Ala'a Hubail, who came on a substitute on Saturday.

Trinidad & Tobago coach Leo Beenhakker has a fully-fit squad to choose from and no suspension concerns. "

Come on, T & T!  You can surely do it!!!

Uru's have not had one good chance in the 2nd half.

Continuous pressure by the Aussies, but they can't break the
Uru's D.

Full-time, and now extra time.

1 nil Aussies.

The Uru's controlled the last 5 minutes, as the Aussies seemed
to take their foot off the gas.

1st OT over.

Good chances for both teams.

Not sure why the Aussies have gotten awat from using Kewell
more. He's been giving the right back fits.

Who wants it more?

Time, and now 'Penales'.

The Aussies were the more enterprising. Both teams were
hard (very hard) into the tackle.
