Windows Deployment Services 2008

To my tech buddies out there,

What info can you give to me on the topic?  I'm in the process of deploying this service in the office, so let me know if you've seen anything strange or tips etc.

Thanks

OK my tech heads out there...

Quick update...I've gotten the Windows Deployment Services 08 to run.  I was able to create a base XP.WIM image that can be applied to any machine over a network.  I was able to figure out how to apply all driver packs for the different machines in the office.  Works without problem.

Now here's the kicker, I need to be able to change/update software on those images with minimal problems and time wasting.

I'm able to mount the image using GImageX and I can see the file formats and everything.  I just need to figure out how to unpack/update software from that mounting point.

Any Ideas?

I've been working on this for a couple of days (week I think) now but I would like to wrap this up....Getting tired of it.
