The clear purpose (for all who have eyes to see and brain to understand) is to discredit the WC players in light of their on-going legal battle with Jack Warner.
If you wanted to come and make the jackass claim that our teams have underachieved all throughout history (the superlative effort leading up to 1974 nothwithstanding) then you could have done that without endorsing the utter f**kkery in that letter.
