Coca Cola sends East Zone to Argentina

T&T footballers from the East Zone, winners of the recently concluded under-15 Copa Coca-Cola Zonal finals, will be leaving shortly to represent T&T at the 2010 Copa Coca-Cola Football Tournament which takes place from October 21 to 25 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
At the tournament, the T&T team along with some of the best youth teams around the world will be in cultural and football mode. They will be housed at the Coca-Cola Campus, Hotel Presidente, located in the centre of Buenos Aires.
The young footballers will have the experience of a lifetime, as they kickstart their football career at the football clinic facilitated by professionals in the field. They will also be given a chance to showcase their skills in the qualifying, semifinal and/or final Copa Coca-Cola matches.
But it isn’t all work, the teams will also be exposed to the cultural aspect of Argentina by going on city tours, astronomical and museum tours, not to mention the fun that they will have visiting the Parque de La Costa theme park. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for our young, local footballers. Coca-Cola will sponsor the entire trip, while flights will be provided by Copa Airlines.
According to Roger sant on CNC3, they played their first match this morning & defeated El Salvador 4-0. One Akeem Garcia scored a hattrick.
