In win 2000/XP it was Caracas/La Paz, win7 doesn't have that option but has them separated, the time keeps adjusting itself no matter which I choose, anybody know what you need to do to keep d time stable

you should be using Eastern Time which is also NY time  :beermug:
i don't think you have Daylight savings time down there, so leave it blank

The time zone for T&T is Atlantic Standard Time (AST). This corresponds to (UTC-04:00) Atlantic Time (Canada) in Windows 7.
