Louis Lee Sing's radio group being targeted???

Tony and Dale just bust ah file!!  They just announced that a little birdie told them that a Cabinet decision was taken yesterday to terminate all contracts the government has with the Citadel group - I95.5fm, Red 96.7fm and Hits 107.1 fm. 

hhhhhmmmm political victimisation me thinks......

So dey calling on the goodly PM to clear the air on the issue cuz she said the media has to keep them on their toes (yeah right).....Tony said in all his years in this line of business he'd never heard of a decision like this taken by cabinet.  He said they would hear of rumblings from one or two ministers about stuff dey didn't like but never wholesale like this.  They said they are not naming names as yet....but will continue to monitor the situation via their ally in the cabinet....

Interesting. Dictatorship? Far from it. Is really righting wrongs that were done. :whistling:

So the spin broadcasted on the news last night is that Ministries are cutting back on advertising.  But Tony say the information they have is that Citadel limited was specifically targeted in a Cabinet meeting by a certain Minister AND he will name that Minister after 8 am today and dare the Minister to sue him.

The minister said that their specific media house was seen to be critical of this government and some Ministers agreed and others didn't.  But Madame Kamla sit down dey and eh do nutten to stop the BS....yeah the same Kamla who just mere weeks ago reiterated that the media is she friend......

The Ministry of Health has already given the directive to pull advertising but dem is real arses cuz whether they like Louis Lee Sing or not I95.5 is rated number #1 in its genre for years. So where they going to advertise??  On CNMG??  Steups!!!  Real arseness!!

Interesting. Dictatorship? Far from it. Is really righting wrongs that were done. :whistling:

I don't know if allyuh take in a CNMG newscast recently. Propaganda machine in full effect. It really bad folks. CNMG had some semblence of fairness before. They not even trying now.
