Dean should be with Cercle Sportif Visé for the 2014/15 season. He was with Central FC prior to the arrangement being made with Cercle Sportif Visé.

Central FC defenders Elton John and Kevon Villaroel have been signed by Belgian Third Division club, CS Visé. They follow on the heels of Willis Plaza and Rundell Winchester who made the move in July.

Yes, he was training with Central and was due to sign, but we recommended him to Fenwick along with Elton.
